  Sure is nice to be near an excellent LBS again! Having just moved from N. Dakota back to Tejas, it sure was a breath of fresh southern air to be so well taken care of. The BB service center was backed up for 10 days and still took a 20 minute break to do a quick adjustment job for me prior to my first ride in H-Town this coming Saturday.
  
  Thanks Adam and the rest of the team at the Clear Lake location. Glad to see you all so busy during this bizarre CV19 milieu. Looking forward to the next excuse to visit.
  
  Like most LBS everything will cost more than you can find on Amazon or eBay but supporting something local when it comes to Cycling is a worthy cause.

  Visited first time to get some help with my grandsons stroller tire. Excellent service and Oswald who helped me was very polite and took care of my problem with a smile. Love to visit this place.
  A minor negative part was( looks like) a new employee a young girl who was controlling the door to let customers in and out needs some training to make customers welcome with a smile.

  I just started riding and between the equipment and bikes it can be a little overwhelming at times. MIKE at the Bay Area location put my mind to ease with his knowledge and experience.

  I brought in a used bike I bought as a Christmas present to get new tubes put on, and to give it an all points checkup. Jim helped me almost immediately. He said it would only take about 30 minutes or so, so I said I would come back after lunch. We came back an hour later, and it was ready and waiting to go! I am thoroughly impressed with Jim. He is fast and knows his stuff. He's also a really nice guy.
  Now bear in mind that this was about 11 am, on a thursday, and very busy on the sales floor. But it was also 2 days before Christmas Eve, and there were a lot of bikes being prepped and repaired for the big day. I honestly expected to have to come back in a day or two to pick it up! The charge for everything was very reasonable. There are no bike shops near my home, and I had to drive over 30 miles to get there, but I am so pleased with the whole experience that I will never use anyone else again!
