Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Super friendly, willing to take the time to explain and answer any questions. Great financing options. I've now put one kid thru braces and just started the second one. Highly recommended
Lindsay orthodontics staff was friendly yet professional. They did not rush us through the consult. They were very patient :) and not in a hurry to get a patient. They waited over 1 year before started treatment ... waiting for all her teeth to fall off naturally and adult to grow in. We were explained everything regarding the treatment in detail and all our questions were answered. Although, we were running late and it had already run into their lunch time, Dr. Lindsay and her staff worked continued to work with my daughter. We feel very comfortable and are happy that we have made the right choice.
Now that the braces are done ... we are the happiest. My daughter and I are happy that we chose Dr Lindsay.
Dr. Lindsay, Kim and the rest of the team were so awesome to work with on getting my teeth fixed! Every single person is so nice it's like it's too good to be true...but it's not! The environment is relaxing and always made me feel calm when getting my teeth worked on. I have sensitive teeth, so I was grateful that Kim was always funny and kept me distracted while putting in new wires and such. Every appointment was a good experience. Dr. Lindsay takes her work very seriously and is a perfectionist. She is meticulous, conscientious and friendly at the same time. If you see her out and about around town, she is more than happy to say hi to you, but beware, she will also check to make sure you are wearing your rubber bands! :-) Again, everyone here is so nice and they are also very organized and on time with appointments. The prices were also good and the ability to make monthly payments as you go along is great. I had such a good experience here and will miss seeing everyone. If you're thinking about braces, definitely check this place out! My new smile is awesome!
Friendly and caring staff. Appointments are always on time so no long waits. Both of my girls had their braces done here. We are very satisfied with their results. We recommend Dr. Lindsay all the time.
