(December 14, 2018, 8:50 pm)The young lady at the Houston store on Clear Lake City Blvd by the HEB was super helpful moving the SIM card from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 10 so that my phone would work. That’s the reason I went into the store, but there’s more. When I said I was going home to figure out how to move my contacts from gmail to my iPhone she offered to help make that happen. What took her 2 minutes would have taken me 10 times as long just researching the proper steps to take. I really appreciated her willingness to help and do it with a smile. I’ll be doing all of my cell phone business at the Clear Lake store from now on.
