  I called Ajax Exterminating when I was unable to figure out where the loud bird sounds were coming from at my house. Robert thoroughly inspected the entire home and determined that the birds are not nesting on the premises. He was polite, professional, and patient. He said the birds could be in my neighbors' vents. At any rate, I was relieved, and I offered to pay Robert for his time, but he declined.
  
  I was so impressed by Robert that I made a decision on the spot to hire Ajax Exterminating for all of my pest control needs. You can't go wrong with Robert. He is a committed professional. He is honest, helpful, and kind. You will not be disappointed with Ajax Exterminating. I recommend Ajax and Robert enthusiastically.
  
  Update: Robert has been my pest control professional for a few years now, and I have been extremely happy with his services. He is punctual, personable, and professional. He has taken care of all of my pest control issues, and he has advised me on how to implement some minor structural changes that will keep pests out of my garage and other potentially vulnerable areas of my home. I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found Robert and Ajax Exterminating. It simply doesn't get any better than this! Robert's expertise is unparalleled!

  I used Robert with Ajax Exterminating this week and he is amazing! I called him Sunday night very concerned because I saw some ants and he went out of his way to come to my house Monday afternoon. He did a thorough check for all pests and rodents and treated my house to prevent any further issues and upon my request, even used a more "green" method to avoid use of hazardous chemicals. His rates are affordable and well worth every penny! He is very reliable, honest, and thorough and I will certainly be referring him to others in need of an exterminator.

  I’ve been using Ajax for a few years now. I love how flexible and friendly Robert is. The prices are very reasonable and he customizes his treatments to my needs, keeping it within my budget. He checks on me to let me know when a treatment is due and bends over backwards to fit his visit within my schedule and he always shows up promptly. I would absolutely recommend him.

  Robert was polite, professional and asked me lots of questions. He inspected my home for any openings and he did not find any evidence that I had rats in my attic. I was still worry so he put a plate of mix seeds (sunflower & pumpkin seeds) that I had up in the attic for me so that I could see if any are eaten. He recommended that I check with a qualify roofer to pest proof my roof against squirrels. Because, you can hear the squirrels on the top of the roof trying to get in the attic.
