I've been coming here almost since they opened and I really love this place. Everybody here is very friendly and super supportive! I never thought yoga was so challenging and effective but since I started coming here I have lost more than 25 pounds and I feel great. Highly recommend++

Each instructor is personally encouraging to students of her class, no matter what level of yoga the student knows. All the instructors and front office staff are super kind and personable! The 60 day challenge Kathy offered to the members has been my struggle, yet, it has given me the most improvement in my practice. Thank you teachers! and Kathy!
Oh, let me add that this studio is super clean! I love it!

wonderful staff. the studio is exceptionally clean and welcoming. an full schedule of all styles is available on your schedule without high pressure sales or a regimented plan. I love this place.
