Heavenly helped me superbly, she had a lot of patience, an expert in her field. Helped me immensely, and I was not an easy customer. I like her to be rewarded as a super good employee. She is a valuable asset to Verizon. P.S she is a great salesperson, she offered and explained auto pay to save me $10 a month, which is very beneficial!

Jackson and Nathan were extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me until I felt comfortable. They explained everything in layman’s terms for my benefit.

This is the BEST Verizon store!! I had problems with receiving my $200 reward and changing my auto date but Kayla and Bernard fixed all the issues in record time. Very professional, very friendly, very understanding. Thank you both so very much!
