My garage door opener quit and after seeing the 5 star reviews for , I thought I'd give them a try. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful explaining their products. She could have scheduled me on the day I called, but I chose the next day instead. After my experience with the scheduler, I felt I was in good hands. Chad, my service technician, gave me notice of his impending arrival which was as scheduled. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, though he did recommend at least four new rollers to take the stress off of the motor of my new opener. Chad did a great job and I'm very pleased with the result. The best thing about this company is they employ friendly, knowledgeable and caring people. Thank you! Big garage door is the best!

Excellent company that delivers! They kept in good communication throughout having my garage door fixed. Paul and Joe, my technicians were highly qualified, good spirited and got the job done to my total satisfaction. If I were their boss I'd give them a raise. They were excellent! This company is great. I've used them twice and each time they were prompt, professional and highly skilled. My Service Tech was Sean S. He was great, Communicated well and his skill level was off the charts. He knows what he's doing and he fixed it per my specs. I needed sensors replaced, springs and cables adjusted. They gave me an estimate over the phone and that’s exactly what I paid. I liked it that he didn’t try to upsell me when he was on location.
