Firestone Complete Auto Care

Visiting from out of town and had a grinding noise coming from our front wheel.
Called in distress to a staff that was delightful and friendly. Offered for me to bring it in at no charge under the circumstances to get it looked at.
Turns out my wheel bearing was shot. They had it diagnosed (along with full break check and fluids check etc) and repaired within 3 hours.
Could not be happier! Staff, service, price, eveything. If you need car work done this is the place to go without question.

As a side note, I am a handyman but have 2 master mechanic friends. Both said the price I got beat their shops by $60 and that the part they used was high quality. I didn't expect much from a generic brand shop but I will be returning to Firestones in the future for my car needs!

Took my daughter's SUV to have tires replaced was very surprised how helpful they were and didn't try to sale me something I didn't need. However there was a bit of a wait and that's why I gave 4 stars. Thanks Guys
