They explain repairs needed in detail and will work with you on what needs to be done and what can wait. My car has never left me stranded however my husband's truck had a huge leak in our driveway , they towed it in within the hour. They did offer him a loaner car which was not needed but very kind of them just overall great service !

I will highly recommend this shop to anybody Who needa a transmission. I usually do not right reviews at all, but this place was so great I had to do it. Loved it!!!!!!!

(October 4, 2018, 12:03 am)Universal transmission on Eldridge rebuilt my Transmission 2 1/2 years ago. After two years I had a small shifting issue when it was cold only. I brought it in and they fixed it no charge. There was only a one year warrantee but they fixed after two years.
They also found the quick change oil place I use over filled my transfer case. It was leaking everywhere. They could have told me it was a main seal and I would have believed them as the oil was coming from that area. they could have made some easy money on me. Robert is an honest person!
