  I sampled cake the other day from Wedding Cakes by Tammy Allen and the 3 flavors I had (white, chocolate and watermelon) were ???????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? I've ever had. ???? ????????????????... ???? ????????????????... ???????????????? ???????? ???? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????? - but those who know me well - you know I am such a critic when it comes to cake and Tammy's are truly DELISH. The cake is super moist and the frosting super creamy! Her skill and artistry in creating featured cakes for occasions is next-level. You will really enjoy browsing her photos and getting inspired for the cake you will need for your next occasion. But what is truthfully more important than how great a cake can look is delivering on flavor and texture. So on all these levels she gets ???? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ????????.

  Ms. Tammy took care of me and my wife on our wedding day. She exceeded our expectations on every level and surprised us with a custom design of our wedding cake; we never would have imagined that her custom design would come out that good, flawless and impeccable!!   Thank you so much for my delicious wedding cake. Everyone was in AWWW with the taste and consistency. I’m in love with the melon/cream cheese filling. Will be ordering one again real soon.

  Wow! Once again Tammy Allen Cakes delivers! I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s cheerleading team’s successful season leading into their national competition weekend and of course I headed over to Tammy Allen to plan a design. One word, AMAZING! The cupcakes were a delicious ???? hit, decorated as miniature designer luxury handbags in her famous Texas Melon flavor. Thank you Tammy Allen, your work is incredible and so moist delicious cupcakes ????.

  Mrs. Tammy has made cakes for us for the past 7 years. Her cakes are alway delicious and moist. The flavors are unique and tasty. Her professionalism is untouchable.
