Mr. Monroe responds super quickly to emails, and is very helpful and friendly! This is the second time I have renewed my BLS with this company and I plan to continue doing so because they are great at what they do! They even email you to remind you it is expiring soon, so you don’t forget, which I thought was great. Highly recommend.
Ms. Dotson was very attentive and knowledgeable. She was also very patient, and aware of the information she taught us! I really enjoyed her class! Amazing instructor!
Ms. Dotson was extremely informative and patient. She normally holds CPR and first aid on Mondays, but was VERY kind to amend her schedule so that we could attend a class that fit our schedule. I would definitely recommend this training to everyone!
I did my BLS renewal and it was great!! The information was concise and straight to the point, even with the hands-on practice. Instructor was attentive and answered all questions and gave constructive feedback when necessary. Will definitely be returning!!
