  I wanted to update: Previous post below. The manager Jennifer received my email and was very helpful. She apologized and personally delivered the tags to my home. She was excellent in her communication with me via email. She truly wanted to resolve this issue correctly. Thank you Jennifer for all your help and your phenomenal work ethics.

  Had my dog spade. Everything went well, but they required a rabies shot which I wanted as well. They informed me when I went to pay that they were out of rabies tags and that they would send it within 2 weeks. Over 6 weeks later I realized that they never sent me the tag. I called and at first they said to come in and get it - which is 30 min away. Then they said they would send it in the mail and it should be their within 3 days. Two - three weeks later I called again realizing that I still have not received it. They said, let me investigate and I'll call you back -- they never did. So this afternoon I called again and the lady was very nice but basically said it is process and they will be sent out. I am not sure what it going on, but for some reason they seem to be stalling about sending me the rabies tag. It is extremely frustrating to keep calling and be getting the run around. The rabies shot was administered on 1/21/19 -- over 2 months ago and still waiting for the tag.

  I had my sweet baby's spay done here. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the surgery and the after care. They were gentle with my baby, and actually cared.

  I neutered my 1 year old cat and the staff was very friendly,I didn't have a carrier but they sell you a cardboard one for $8. They called me earlier than expected to tell me that my cat was ready to pick up,I still had to pick him up at 3 but I was surprised since other places usually never call you and only wait till you go and pick up your pet. package includes the e collar,that was helpful.thank you.

  I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian were very nice . the vet tech Denise was exceptional, the vet answered my questions and gave my dog a good examination. The clinic is very clean and the service as good and as any good vet clinic. I would recommend KAAWS to anyone . The only difference is the excellent prices.
