  Mrs Marion Rose helped me a great deal today. In her helping me get my work truck up and running quick and in a hurry through the techs as well. In needing my truck to make money Northwest dodge really cared about my situation and fixed the problem permanently unlike other dealers who know you have warranty. True integrity through Mrs Marion and the entire staff. Very professional and friendly 5 stars is not enough. Thank you northwest dodge

  Just sharing a little love for a company i have never used before. I was driving to College station and my tire pressure light came on. i pulled into Northwest Dodge and spoke to a service guy name George. He took my truck to the back and checked my tire pressure. After checking the tires for nails he adjusted my air pressure and i left. i want to say thank you to George and Northwest Dodge

  Loved my visit! VON was my sales guy he worked with me for three weeks on getting me a good truck deal. I would definitely recommend them again. They’re not like other dealerships they do not pressure you at least in my sales man didn’t. And for them to work so hard to get me into a vehicle that I wanted for the price I wanted was awesome and I very much appreciate the hard work and dedication they have for VON was my sales guy he worked with me for three weeks on getting me a good truck deal. I would definitely recommend them again. They’re not like other dealerships they do not pressure you at least in my sales man didn’t. And for them to work so hard to get me into a vehicle that I wanted for the price I wanted was awesome and I very much appreciate the hard work and dedication they have for customer service

  I called Jeep with an issue my car was having, George answered and told me to bring my car in. He was super helpful and communicated everything to me. I left my car to get inspected and got called to pick it up the next day! He explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. I was so pleased with how fast and awesome the service was! Thank you so much George Hammond!
