  This is one of my favorite places to eat! Great managers and servers. The wings are bomb and everyone acts like a big family.

  Great wings and burgers! Good happy hour prices everyday. I always go up the bar and get great service. Morgan is definitely the best bartender there! She always gives good recommendations and the best service!!!!

  Awesome location and great service. Quick and always running weekday specials. Family friendly environment.

  We are changing our review to reflect our most recent experiences. After dealing with the manager on multiple occasions, our orders seem to be coming out correctly most of the time now. We have slowed down on the number of orders we make anyways, but now they are mostly correct at least. We hope this signals an overall improvement in service and communication. We look forward to future orders.

  We order food from here at least once a week. I would estimate 4/5 times our food is not how we ordered it. Typically if we order online there is a higher chance of it being accurate but even then I've had a few completely incorrect orders. Absolutely no point in putting in additional comments or requests for the way you enjoy your food prepared, most of the time these are overlooked and if you make a specific request over the phone, the girl will always say absolutely no problem and like I said, you get there and it's wrong. I have probably had them remake my order maybe twice but most times we just take the hit and deal with it. Sad. We always tipped our carryout staff at the Humble location which we used to live near, but we have stopped tipping when we pick up at all because of how ridiculous our experiences have been. I have almost a years worth of weekly complaints. Lol... anyways.... saving grace is that manager is ALWAYS kind and apologetic and makes sure the fix is done right. Honestly, A+ for attitude from almost every employee interaction as far as attitude goes. But.... I called or ordered online so I wouldn't HAVE to wait...... you know.... so I'd rather have nice employees AND competent ones.
