  I love everything about this place. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is always clean and very quiet. The rooms are very big and spacious.

  I love this place. Staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and just a good place for a quit night . I always stay here when I come to Houston. Unless something has changed in the last 6 months .. this is the best spot .

  The customer service here is nothing but the best especially from the GM Ms.Veronica. She always very helpful and she always keep the right composure no matter the situation. Me and my family been staying here for a little over three months and never had a problem here. Rooms are great , service is great and prices are beyond reasonable. I don’t see why I should go anywhere else. ????????????

  My stay has been great. The staff especially the general manager Veronica Correa have all been outstanding. Ms Correa has been a great manager but and even better friend to me and my family. She’s gone over and beyond making our stay here pleasant stress free and comfortable. She has made Quality feel like home considering that me and kids are homeless. Her and her staff has made us feel like we’re still human beings despite our situation. I love and appreciate the fact that she does her job as a manager which I’ve seen first hand but still has the caring heart, friendliness, and mindset to think of us as friends and that’s what I want and look for in a manager and in a hotel that I would stay at. Anything we’ve needed or ask for her and her staff has step up to the plate and I can proudly say and recommend ms. “V” as I call her and the hotel to anyone and I have. We’ve been here for a long while and I’m a very satisfied and happy guest. Most of all I see first hand ms Veronica’s hard work and pretty smile even when things get rough she still smiles and always has a second or two to talk and interact with her guest and I truly call her a friend. U can’t really pick your guest and things happen but I can pick a manager and the hotel I would like to stay at and I choose ms Veronica and her staff at quality shout out to Kristen , naomi, camara who have also made our stay comfortable and who have become good friends as well. Ms Veronica also staffs a great cleaning crew as well thank you Ritzy, Mabel, Rose, Betty and the breakfast attendant. Thank you all for making our stay here feel like we were home instead of homeless. Much appreciation.
