    Dr. Hanes was very personable yet professional. I was pleased with her bedside manner and her medical advice/concerns about my health. She was not intimidating or demeaning.     I like Dr. Hanes because she is very detailed when it comes to explaining my diagnosis. When I have concerns she always makes me feel comfortable and she listens to me. Dr. Hanes is very professional at what she does and she exceeds at my health care needs.

    Mrs. Hanes is very personable and explains everything to you and also wants to know if you have any questions. She didn't speed through our visit she took her time. Made my visit comfortable and me comfortable. Really great doctor

    She gets right to the point and listens if I have any questions. My last doc would look at his watch while I was trying to explain a concern. Dr. Hanes patiently listens.
