    I was referred by Dr. Cook by my husband's PCP Dr. Thomas.
    Dr. Cook, did my surgery around 2008 or 2009 for scar tissue. During consultation he was very pleasant and made me feel at eased. I've explained to him a really bad childhood experience I had and he assured me I was in good hands. I was very pleased with him and the staff so much so I'm returning for another procedure. Thanks Dr. Cook

    The entire office staff was very polite and efficient. Dr Cook was easy to talk to and didn't rush my appointment at all. He had time for all my questions.
