(November 28, 2017, 10:50 am)I will forever be grateful for Sally's House. Had God not made a way to lead me there, I wouldn't be here today. Ms. Gay showed me what it means to be committed to see women succeed. I will always remember not only the respect she showed the ladies but how she expected everyone to be respectful to us and never treat us less than. I still have the same job I got when I lived there almost 10 years ago. There are of course rules that not everyone likes (clean your room, make your bed and be timely) but what a small price for a life restored. Not only was the structure exactly what I needed but the classes and nightly AA meetings and Brother Larry ministering to us were steps to success. Dear Lord, please continue to bless Ms Gay, the staff and the ladies at Sally's House.

(October 23, 2017, 1:03 pm)Sally's House is the best kept secret Houston has for a women's shelter. They provide you with a bed, a warm meal, safety and security. The faculty is wonderful and the atmosphere is comforting. I was lost when I came into Sally's and with their guidance I have grown into a responsible adult. Thank you Sally's for being there and helping me do what I could not do for myself. Love.
