I have called upon and relied on this company for excellent quality service for several years. I have always been highly satisfied with their work ethics, pricing, and quality of the work performed. Mr. Bill is one of the most professional, polite, and fairest individuals I've ever had the "pleasure" of working with. I had a part replaced in my refrigerator in January that had a 90 day warranty. 91 days later, my fridge started acting up again. To my dismay, it was a new problem that required a new part and repair. He was very forthcoming about the cost, honored the warranty and didn't charge a trip fee.
