I tried out numerous other churches before finding Crossroads Fellowship. Mike Allard, the lead pastor here is both a phenomenal speaker, and a mighty man of God, and that shines through in every message that he shares. The people here are all so warm and welcoming, and you can truly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in this place. The sermons are Bible based, and scripturally sound, but are also presented in a very entertaining way using everything from video clips, to actors, to help make God’s word come alive!!! The band and music here are always absolutely phenomenal!!! They play songs of praise in such a beautiful and passionate way that the music alone will make you want to sing along in worship to the Lord and scream Hallelujah! If you have been looking for a new church home (as I was), then please try out Crossroads Fellowship, you will be so happy that you did, and we would love for you to join our church family.

We have been going to this church for about a month now and so far we love it. I love how creative this church is and how welcoming they are.

Dear Mrs. Stephanie Sturgis aka Stephanie Morgan,

While there is enormous potential for making an impact for eternity through Jesus, there is also the potential for conflict only leading others away from God. We must ask our self, “Is my focus on what makes me feel comfortable and pleasing myself, or is my focus on exalting Christ by looking out for the others”. Christians judging other Christians must absolutely break God’s heart. Obviously, there is a place to lovingly hold each other accountable, especially if you think they are leading Christians astray, but this happens in private within the four walls.

But judging and accountability are not the same thing.

Accountability comes from the heart filled with love. Judging comes from a heart full of self-pride. Using words; joke, uncomfortable, watered down, disbelief, ridiculous, deceiving, harsh judgement leading people astray, two stars because the seats were comfortable; to describe a church that you only attended one time and felt the need to give a google and Facebook review for the world to see is nothing more than judging on what you concluded with your eyes. We should learn to judge nothing before the appointed time. Voicing criticisms against others will coat the eyes of our soul with smut so thick, we become blinded to our own sin.
Sunday Pastor Michael was preaching that no one is perfect. Problems will come. The enemy will attack. Trust me if anyone knows problems will come and life is not perfect no matter how hard you try, it’s this family.
In the past two years; Pastor Michael’s family has lost their house twice from Houston floods within eighteen months apart and having to find a place to live with his four (three of which are adopted) children was not easy. It took them months to rebuild their house only leaving them to start all over again because of Harvey.

At an early age Pastor Michael was diagnosed with diabetes and from that day forward he learned to give himself shots of insulin. And because of the disease he now has to get shots in his eyes every few weeks, to save his eyesight. Some days they are so bad they bleed.
His wife has had to call the ambulance more time than most because she couldn’t get him to wake up. Only leaving her with tears and wondering if she will have him for another day. (She was the first one to see your review as she was watching her children play in the park as her husband rest).

His father, Pastor Mike Allard our senior pastor was out of town this weekend 9/23 when you visited. I’m very sorry you felt uncomfortable as his son did his human video. This is something that he is known for here at Crossroads and we expect nothing less out of him when he gets to preach. We love his creativity and emotions that he brings to help us feel Jesus. Pastor Mike and Pastor Michael are very creative, very visual pastors and they try to bring The Bible to life, making us feel a part of it. Being former kids’ pastors probably has a lot to do with it. They both served more than a decade in kids ministry.

Mrs. Morgan, I have learned that we live in a fallen world constantly receiving wounds from people and from circumstances outside our control. I have felt and seen that no leader gets off the front line without scars. That is the journey they agree to when they answer God’s call.

Instead of voicing criticism how about showing love or saying nothing at all. Let’s not dim the light for others to receive God’s love. Let’s not be ugly and jump to conclusions. Let's bring hope and show the world Jesus kind of love. Because when this life is over, you get eternity with God. And hate has nothing on that.

The grounds are really well kept with plenty of parking. Lobby area is big and had plenty of bathrooms. There is also a decently priced coffee shop. The kids daycare area is perfect for all the age groups. The sanctuary is huge and has plenty of seating. The productions are great and the actors and sets are top notch. I was very impressed by the Easter service.
