  I want to start of by saying that Dr. Stacy Cook is an incredible doctor, she loves what she does for living and I am happy urgent care has her on the team. She treats her patients with so much kindness, and takes her time to figure out what the problem is. I took my son to urgent care yesterday and she found a "foreign item in his ear" because she took the time to weigh out all the possibilities, unlike my pediatrician who just told me it was wax and to get the ears clean. Thank you Dr. Stacy for all your help, you are a blessing. I am grateful she took the item out of his ear before something worse could happen.

  I broke my nose on the weekend. I was seen quickly by a friendly staff. They were top notch. I had xrays that were sent to my PCP for further work. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
  
  I had been here before about a year ago. Same great caring service.

  I was a patient at the Copperfield location today. Maria checked me in and was so kind and considerate with me. I was feeling absolutely horrid and she was quick, to the point and made sure I did not have a lot of wait time. I saw Dr. Chaim Sigler and he got straight to the problem and made sure I left with all aspects covered. I am already feeling better... What a great experience. So glad I found this wonderful location. 5 stars all the way!

  My family received excellent care at the Copperfield Next Level Urgent Care. The wait in line at home feature is wonderful. Now when we're ill, we can wait as comfortably as possible at home rather than in the company of other sick people who also wish they were home! We were able to see where we were in line on the app and just headed to the clinic when the app instructed and no waiting at all at the urgent care clinic. Annie took great care of us at the reception desk streamlining everything. Shawn Stewart handled the initial questions with understanding and he was quick with the flu swab and strep swab that we all dread. The PA, Ivan R. was friendly and professional, and dedicated to helping us get well.

  From the outside this place is easy to miss. But it is really nice and updated inside. I gave them 5 stars because its clean and modern inside and today they were not busy and I was in and out very quickly. The lady at the front desk was really pleasant and friendly, the back office staff was nice too.
