  We recently purchased quite a bit of furniture and a mattress at Star furniture in Katy TX. Aimee was our sales professional and was so terrific. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects at Star. The customer service that she provided was exemplary. I’m also so excited that my custom chairs have arrived 1 month early. Also Dwayne Johnson, the general manager exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to get our furniture and purchase orchestrated flawlessly. Thank you Star! I highly recommend!

  My husband and I purchased new mattresses today and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product and the courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism of the Star salesman. Mark was very knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions and worked with us to determine our own needs. My husband is NOT a shopper so I appreciated the ease and convenience of the purchase process.

  Belinda was extremely professional and knowledgeable when assisting me with my purchase. She took her time going through my options and made sure I was 100% happy and satisfied before I left. Now I have the most gorgeous sectional with a matching rug and I couldn’t be happier! The customer service and quality at Star Furniture made my experience so pleasant. I would recommend her and Star to all my friends and family!

  We previously bought a reclining couch, sofa, and chair set a few years back from this store and they have held up pretty well. We loved the purchase. So we went back recently for some nightstands and a coffee table set. This Star Furniture West Houston location has a huge selection of furniture and mattresses, from traditional style to modern and contemporary. They carry high end pieces and affordable ones too.
  
  All the sales people were very polite and attentive. We were always greeted with several smiles on every visit. Aimee H. was very helpful and patient, but not pushy. She tried her best to make the sale easy and smooth. Overall, a great shopping experience. I would definitely go back in the future. Thank you.
