One of a Kind Pros

I have used a lot of cleaners in the past, these guys are the BEST! There's a text saying they are on the way, that they have arrived and then a receipt. They verify the size and pricing prior to commencing work and are extremely professional. Best experience ever. I will absolutely use them again.

What a great experience! I am more than satisfied with the service provided by Love. He arrived within the timeframe given, and was very friendly. Both Love and James provided great customer service from booking the appointment to completing the service. I didn’t think my carpets could look so good! Will definitely book again in the future!

I was always able to reach someone when I’ve called. The technician, Love, was very polite and attentive. He took the time to set my expectations about a stain that he believed it would most likely not come out.
He made sure to have me check the service before completion to see if I was satisfied with the result. The only thing I would say is that it took way longer to dry than 6 hours, The service was completed at 2:00 pm and even the next morning there were some spots that were still damp.

Reasonable pricing. Got an appointment fast. Love was very professional. He called to let us know when he would arrive. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. Very satisfied!!!!
