  The manager is 5 stars too. He (and associate) quickly sorted out a junior lockdown Easter pack whilst other online providers were giving delivery times in weeks. Go Kroger

  I would like to leave a review for a young lady named Grace that works at Briar Forest/Eldridge. She showed amazing customer service in the midst of chaos while I was at the store with my toddler. I was trying to make my store run as fast as possible. I got to self checkout, scanned all my items, but I didn’t realize I did not have my wallet with me. I tried paying with Apple Pay but it didn’t work. I also tried getting the Kroger app to set that up to pay but didn’t have my debit card info to complete the set up. Well, Grace was multitasking with others in self checkout as well as trying to help me pay for the things I already had scanned and bagged. The store was packed with people. She had me wait to the side until she could further assist me and help me find a way to pay for my items without having to come back. I was so devastated. A few minutes later, Grace had paid for my groceries and stated you’re good to go! She paid for my groceries so that I didn’t have to come back with my baby and repeat my shopping again. Thank God for her! She was always positive and had a smile even though it was crazy. I had intentions of paying her back, so today I went back to Kroger and she was working! I asked her if she wanted to get reimbursed for what she paid and she stated, no. I am forever grateful for what she has done! :)

  An Excellent store with plenty of organic selection. Fruit and veggies are quality and have good prices. The natural foods bins are excellent!

  Usually you don't see the words "Kroger" and "Parmigiano-Regiano" in the same sentence but that Kroger carries the famous cheese! And the produce department has a mid-level shelf for kids to have a free banana. Nice touches.
