Audi West Houston

This place is amazing! My service advisor was wonderful and very informative. The dealership is nice and clean. Touch free service is great! My service took about 3 hours, so we were shuttled to and from Topgolf where we played a few hours of golf on Audi. This was a great amenity. My Audi advisor kept me in the loop. I picked up a clean car! Love this location!

Once again, Audi exceeded my expectations! I went in to purchase a new tire and Reggie was more than helpful. He allowed me to explain everything and he patiently listened. Likewise, he explained everything to me, from him having to call to see if the tire was in stock to providing an estimated wait time. I genuinely appreciated his kindness. When I go back, I will definitely look for him to assist me!

I can only say great things about this place. Reggie is absolutely awesome at what he does! His kindness, patience, and thoroughness are greatly appreciated every time I go! I also appreciate the young men who greet me when I pull my car into the garage (I apologize, I do not know their names). They are always so polite.

I am a first time Audi buyer. I did research online about the type of car I was looking for and what was available on that market but that was as far as I knew. I went to Audi West and was helped by Stephen Reed. He was really helpful in making sure I found what I was looking for and that I was happy with the car, sale and overall experience. He's been incredibly sincere and even carried the same level of customer satisfaction after I had bought the car. Car wise, I am so happy that I did choose to go the Audi way. The car is beautiful and incredibly smooth. It really does stand out from the rest and has a ton of cool features and bonuses that help make the drive better. 10/10 recommend. Definitely ask for Stephen Reed if you can as well.!

Excellent car buying experience! All staff were awesome and super welcoming and helpful. Stephen Reed was such a pleasant salesman to deal with.
