  My husband and I just purchased a new Subaru at West Houston Subaru almost 2 weeks ago. We had such a great all around experience. From our sales representative, to financing, then closing. Mike was so informative and through to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. He wasn't satisfied until everything was closed out and we were happy.
  
  West Houston Subaru and Mike were so great I would definitely recommend them and have. My in-laws actually purchased a new vehicle as well the same weekend. If you are looking for a new vehicle and don't want to be pressured and given great information I would recommend you go here.

  Best Auto Service I've ever had!! You got to ask for Service Advisor Richard Rodriguez! He will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and in a timely manner. He is always well spoken, polished, professional and has exceptional communication skills. It's always great to see him when I walk in, this guy is always smiling and very positive. I've been coming to West Houston Subaru for over 4 years for service on my 2015 Forester XT. Make sure to ask for Rick when you need service!!

  We bought our first Subaru (Ascent) in November from West Houston Subaru. It was a very comfortable buying experience. No pressure to add on things. Either you do or you don't. The staff all seems to be very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Errol Bancroft for showing us the Ascent and helping us through the buying process. We love our Subaru!

  Update: I have used West Houston Subaru for service for the last 7 years and have always been pleased. I now have had the experience of buying a new Subaru with them, and I can honestly say I like them even more now! Everyone we had the pleasure of working with did their job with excellence and were engaged and enjoyable to talk to. I'll be back for any needs.
