  I didn't get his name and Im kicking myself for not getting it!! I wanted to write this review in hopes of recognizing this genuinely kind person that helped me. Yesterday I was traveling from Junction to Spring with my two children on I-10, near Sealy when I had a blowout. Scared and nervous, I got out of my truck and began lowering the spare tire from below my truck, when a middle-aged black male came walking up. I have to admit, I was nervous to accept help from a stranger but he made me feel comfortable when he showed his badge and told me that he was with Harris county precinct 5. He put my spare on, when we realized it was also flat!! After fooling with a couple different ideas, he ended up taking my tire to get it filled. He brought it back to me, changed my tire, and followed me to the gas station to complete filling it up. He spent about 2 hours with me on the side of I-10 making sure my children and I were safe on the road. I cannot express my gratitude for this man. Hundreds of cars drove past me and it was an off duty police officer that stopped. This man is the epitome of "protect and serve". I will forever be grateful and I will be sure to pass his true act of selflessness and kindness along. Whoever you are, I hope you read this. Thank you for your service and for being such a kind, considerate and thoughtful person. God bless you. Also, if anyone could help me to find his name, I want to send a proper thank you. His description is tall, athletic build, black male. He was wearing glasses yesterday with blueish frames. And I believe he was driving a blue, Chevy sedan. I could be wrong about the car. But he did say he has an 8 yr old child. And he lives in weimer, tx. Someone please help. Thank you.
