  This was my first time visit. It’s hard for me to “click” with a Physician. I’m very happy I made the appointment to see Dr Diana Desai.

  02/11/2019, Second visit today. Hardly no waiting time. Called in fast. Dr Desai takes her time to hear your concerns. I’m so happy I choose Dr Desai as my Physician.

  Dr. Desai spends time with means listens to my concerns. She looks at all my health issues as a whole to try and prioritize what we need to focus on. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. Love the patient portal

  The office of the Houston Thyroid and Endocrine Specialists runs very efficiently. The check-in process is pretty straightforward as a self-check-in/computerized system is utilized. However, if you need additional support, the staff maintains a welcoming and helpful demeanor. There was minimal wait time in between having vital signs checked and actually meeting with the doctor. I’m sure all of the doctors in this practice are great, after reading reviews. However, my consultation with Dr. Desai was beyond great...it was a phenomenal experience! From answering all of my questions to throughly explaining procedures, to “painting a clear picture” of future treatment options, Dr. Desai’s level of professionalism coupled with care is beyond what I expected. I look forward to a wonderful partnership of achieving increased health and wellness goals!

  I love Dr. Desai’s patience, genuine concern and wonderful bedside manner. She has made me feel more at ease while dealing with my thyroid issues. I am so glad I found her!

  This office is the most efficiently run Endocrine office I’ve been to. They are helpful and patient and both Katie the CDE and Dr Desai are easy to talk to and very knowledgeable without talking above my head. The ancillary staff is also kind and extremely helpful. I also love that they are digital and their communication through the app is fantastic and their response time is very quick. I highly recommend this practice.
