The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Morrison is great! She didn't rush through the appointment like so many doctors do these days. Instead,.she listened, explained everything she was going to do, explained why she was ordering the tests she ordered, and took the time to answer all my questions. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. During my follow-up visit to go over test results, she was thorough in explaining the results, and patient with my many follow-up questions.
As I was looking through our online neighborhood news letter, I noticed someone looking for an allergist. I recommended Houston Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy Clinic. I know my next door neighbor also uses this clinic for her small child and his allergies. Dr. Nancy Jacob is fantastic and I would recommend her and this clinic to anyone.
My daughter is 2 years old and I have been wanting to get her ears pierced. My co worker recommended this place to get her ears pierced. I was pretty nervous. I wasn’t really sure what was going to happen. After I checked in a nurse came out and was so sweet to her and he put on some numbing cream for her ear lobes. About 30 minutes later he came back out to put more on. 30 minutes later were went back into room. Dr. Morrison came in. She was super nice and very happy to see my daughter. She made her very very comfortable and my daughter got right into the chair. She did great. There was no loud noise. She didn’t cry she was so excited it was a really great experience
