  Been in the area some time and memorial trails apartments are the best so far. The staff is amazing and helps out a lot. The residents are nice and respectful, stores are near by and the kids playground helps out a lot with the little ones. I highly recommend and plan on staying here for a while.

  I lived her for almost a year now. I am moving because of contruction and I dont like the teacher at my sons school so I am going to move into a different school district. I will say for the price and location of the apartments it is a great deal. They are an older complex so roachs are kind of expected just keep it clean and inform the office they will exterminate monthly. The manger Chavonne is amazing. She does go above and beyond for her residents. If you work with her and communicate she does her best to resolve issues you may face. I even got my car towed at one point and she got it out at no charge. Its not modern by any means but it is a quiet complex and friendly neighbors for sure. The office staff will do what they can to keep you happy, and the price is truly unbeatable for this side of town.

  Personally, I’ve had a wonderful experience. It’s quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Chavonne the property manager is phenomenal. Any issue I have had she has gone above and beyond to assist or resolve. She is truly a gem-the company is lucky to have her. She is compassionate, friendly, diligent & overall a great person.
