The gentleman by the name of Kenneth Ball assisted me and he was very professional!! He was able to answer all of my questions as well as provide additional details. I am very thankful of his vast knowledge regarding taxes. Look forward to visiting this location again.....Thanks Mr. Ball!!

Walked in a bit frustrated due to my tax situation, however while waiting I explained to one of of staff member who had ask what I was there for, and she ensure me not worry that I will be taken care of in which I was,, Oscar Roberts who is very professional, knowledgable, very officiant, and courteous, and knows his job very well,, other staff members was asking him for his assistance as if he was the boss there, he did a fabulous stupendous job, I recommend Oscar
