  We LOVE bringing our puppy George here. The entire staff and Dr. K are fantastic. They walk in and scoop up George like he’s their own pet. George loves seeing them. West Oaks has helped us with George’s ear infections and did a great job on his neuter procedure. They always make calls after his visits to check-in to make sure George is doing well. We’ve had a positive experience every visit and highly recommend!

  I'm an avid cat lover of 25+ years. I've owned 1-4 rescue kitties at a time, over the years, thus had several vets, too.
  I've learned all vets are not created great or even good.
  However, West Oaks Animal Hospital's, Dr Vaughn, is truly an awesome vet, she goes above and beyond caring. She's thorough, compassionate, experienced, professional and speaks in terms you can understand.
  She is fabulous handling and treating my cats. They love her. I highly recommend Dr Vaughn, as well as the owner of West Oaks Animal Hospital, Dr. John Kottenstette. He too, is exceptionally experienced and very caring.
  The staff and techs are incredible, they're skilled, kind and knowledgeable! They truly love animals!
  Everyone works well together to make you and your pet's visit very pleasant.
  If your looking for GREAT pet care, this is the place to take your beloved animals!

  Our boxer Gemma had a tumor on her paw and needed to get surgery. The staff was so helpful and good to our pup. One of the techs took special care with her when she was out of surgery.. Gemma was actually excited to be back for her follow up visits. Their prices are extremely reasonable, too. And they are always open! We are happy to say we found our new vet clinic.

  They took excellent care of a tiny Manx kitten that turned up after sunset in the parking lot of a local park. She had round worms, hook worms and coccidia and was suffering from dehydration and was impacted. She weighed only 1.5 pounds. They were tender thorough and efficient, giving her great relief.
