(January 3, 2019, 10:32 am)This was our first time using Expro. Took my daughter's car to get checked out and make ready for a road trip. They were very thorough and timely. They found a couple of issues that were not major and were able to fix in good time and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
Tony helped us from beginning to end and returned our 6 year old car in much better shape. Thank you! I will definitely be taking my other cars here from now on when needed. -

(November 21, 2018, 2:18 pm)We were in an accident back in September and of course all tow trucks were like vultures trying to help you. I can not remember the drivers name but he was professional and made us feel at ease. He recommended Expro and for good reason. Giovanni and Tomas made a stressful situation less stressful. They were genuine and helpful from the time that my wife and I walked in the door until the day we picked up our vehicle. For me customer service is 100% on the top of my list for any business. They have a great team in place that does an excellent job. From their front office personnel to their body technicians. Our vehicle looks good and the detail job done on the inside of my truck was like I just drove it off the lot for the first time. I HIGHLY recommend them for any job. They stay in communication at all times. We noticed our alarm wont make the "beep" noise when you lock the doors after week of having our truck back. My wife takes it back to them to let them know. What did they do; they made arrangements for us to bring it back and gave us a rental while they fixed the problem. Now that is GREAT customer service!

(October 20, 2018, 1:33 pm)Excellent customer service. Tomas took very good care of my vehicle. My vehicle was repaired and cleaned. They communicated with me almost every day that my vehicle was at their shop, so I wasn’t left not knowing what was going on with my vehicle. They absolutely went above and beyond. I had a rental vehicle with them for almost 40 days, but was only charged for 30 days because that all my insurance covered, that isn’t something they had to do for me. Every employee there is very professional. I would recommend this collision center to anyone.
