Started calling at 10AM on a Friday about a toilet spewing sewage whenever the water in the bathroom was turned on. Was told to expect a visit or call within 2-3 hours. Called again 3 1/2 hours later at 1:30PM and was told I was on the schedule for 12:30-2:30PM. Called again at 3:30PM and was told to expect a call shortly. Called again at 4PM and was promised a manager would call within 30 minutes. It is now 4:30PM and still no call. Had to talk to a different person each time (answering service?). Long story short: took off from work and wasted a whole day waiting day for nothing. Toilet still broken. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter and their skilled technician Alex this morning. The service was prompt less than an hour after calling, and our clogged drain was resolved within twenty minutes. We received additional advice and information from Alex, which was great extra value. Overall, very professional and timely!

Hiring these guys has changed my entire perspective of the generic plumber! There is nothing blue collar about them. Our service technician was a true professional, explained and answered all our questions and guided us step by step through the entire process. In a true emergency, these guys came to the rescue! And did a fabulous job!

Alex was prompt, personable, efficient, and offered any applicable discounts. Appointments were easy to book too. We'd use them again. Highly recommended.

We called about replacing our faucets for our washing machine. Approximately 2 hours later we had a serviceman at our door. This was not an emergency so we were pleased that we received such a quick response. The work was done quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have used TriStar Plumbing Solutions.
