  Safe neighborhood and friendly office staff. I'm going on year 3 here at Walden Pond. It's been great. More community events especially around holidays would be nice.

  I have lived here for a few years. It has always provided the service and apartment care needed. The staff is very friendly. There is a air conditioned laundry nearby I use at Westheimer and S Dairy Ashford on the side of 24 Hour Fitness. There are 3 laundry facilities on the property.
  The property did not flood the streets did but did subside quickly. I love the area especially around Briar Forest and Eldridge. Great resuraunts from all over the world. You also have a huge Kroger. -

  The staff is amazing. Always ready to help and fast responding.  Maintenance is always quick to do the job.  I have lived here three years and have never had an issue.  I highly recommend this complex.
