(July 22, 2018, 1:14 pm)Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist. I started coming here because it was right in my neighborhood, a short walk. Then I moved across town, to an area with about three dentists per block, but I did not switch. I have found the right one in Dr. Nguyen. I recently had a bridge put in, and it went great. They worked to get me the best price possible. They're very kind and the office uses text messaging for patients who want it, which is extremely convenient. The dentist worked very hard to make sure my bridge was exactly right, that it was perfect. Also, I am very sensitive to dental chairs because of a neck and shoulder disorder. This office has great chairs, I felt comfortable, even if I had to be in the chair for a longer appointment. My mouth looks and feels great now, definitely worth the drive across town!

He explains everything that is going to be done and does it in the most cost effective way that he can. I have had extensive dental work done and I have never had any issues. His staff is very kind and helpful. They work with you on a payment plan and are always here to help in an emergency situation and will fit you in. I highly recommend using Gentle Dental. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they have thanked me afterwards. Best experience they have ever had.

(September 22, 2017, 12:08 pm)Dr. Nguyen and his staff are always attentive anytime I bring my family there. When you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and professionalism. When you sit down with Dr. Nguyen, he explains his treatment suggestions and allows for feedback and questions. His Hygienist is nice, patient and comforting. When you leave the receptionist explains all treatments and billing information in a way that you will understand. Every time I have gone I have never had to wait long. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable dentist.
