  I have had Barrett Pest Control service my home for a couple of years. They are professional and courteous! From the customer service department to my service guy Robert, they have never let me down. I recommend their services highly!

  I have got service this past year and half and they are awesome. Always on time. very dependable. Anytime I have see a problem and I have called, they are they as soon as possible. I will continue to use their services at our new home that we are moving to. Ronald has always been so helpful and very kind and professional.

  After living in our rent house for about a year suddenly we started having bug issues... we were having company come over the next weekend and needed a solution sooner rather than later. Berrett Pest Control was the only company I found on my one day off that week that would do same day service! Not only did they come to my house that day, but they also set up an affordable contract that works with my busy work schedule to keep our home pest free. The products they use work so well! Since they have started servicing our home we rarely see any bugs! They are also great at coming out when you need them in between scheduled appointment!!! The customer service department is one of the best I’ve ever have the pleasure of speaking with! They are always so nice and kind and go the extra mile to take care of my crazy schedule without making me feel like I’m asking a lot! Definitely the best home service company I use!

  Customer service phone call was really smooth and friendly. They asked in-depth questions about my termite problem instead of just taking my address and scheduling without understanding what's going on. They seemed like they knew what to ask. Very pleased. Hope their technician service is just as great. Will definitely leave a review for that as well.
