My first experience with tech was excellent. The representative was very professional. He was prompt and courteous. I was very happy with the result of the upholstery cleaning. The tech was very knowledgeable about the care and upkeep of the antique rug in the room. I will, in the near future, use CARPET CLEANERS to continue to care for it.
The Technician did an excellent job on my carpet and tile floors. He was on time and very courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I am very pleased with the cleaning he did. Although I felt it to be a bit pricey, I am satisfied with the way my carpet and tile turned out.
