I have known Matt for about 10 years or so. I owned a rental property and Matt was able to find several good tenants pretty quickly. I know that finding tenants is not a big money-maker for brokers, but Matt never complained and appreciated the business.
I recently sold that rental house and he was the listing broker. As usual there were some bumps along the way, but Matt was always available, open to my ideas, and I believe we got a fair price.
I will not hesitate to call Matt when I need a broker in the future.
