Paul has great customer service and every friendly. He helped me out while I was going though a big move in my life. He made me feel comfortable leaving all my possession at Life Storage and safe.

I was very impressed with Life Storage as a result of a recent call from a staff member. I failed to fully latch the door of my unit, and placed the lock on the latch, thinking it was locked. Shortly thereafter, I received a call, stating such. Upon checking it out, the employee told me that they do regular checks to ensure that the units are properly locked.

I find this to be exemplary service and want to thank the folks at Life Storage for having my back!
