Both Dr. Winter and his staff are outstanding. This is a much more comprehensive exam than you'll get at most optometrist offices. Dr. Winter is a therapeutic ophthalmologist and the difference is apparent in the care you receive. His staff is always conscientious about looking for rebates to keep down costs. They stay busy, but the wait is never long due to over-booking and they really take their time with the individual. This will be my doctor as long as they remain open!
