Have been bringing my 85 300D to Andy for over 5 years. He is knowledgeable and honest. Let's me stay and watch repairs if I want to. Gets me good used parts when possible. Gives me a ride and picks me up. All his repairs have lasted. Only one time he guessed wrong, replaced a part that was not damaged, and when I went back, he replaced the other broken part at no cost.
I’ve known him for almost two decades. He’s always been honest with me and my dad. He’s been under the hood of Mercedes for even longer. He’s not only more knowledgeable than the guys at the dealership but much more pleasant and won’t charge an arm or a leg...but remember it IS a Mercedes so you’ve got to pay for quality to some extent.
Awesome customer service with unbeatable prices. Andy is a master mechanic for Mercedes and his knowledge and help has been invaluable to me and my family for all of our Mercedes car needs.
