  Fantastic experience! Great staff, nurses, therapy, etc. Beautiful place, top notch service. Would highly recommend! They did WONDERS for my 85 year old dad. If my family is ever in need of rehab services again, I will definitely return here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!

  I am yet to see where patient care is at its best than north Houston transitional care. It is a great experience being at the hospital. Patient care is 100 percent effective. I thank all the staff of the hospital for their great caring attitude. They are patient and understanding in caring. Charles

  One of the best places I’ve ever worked. Compassionate, dedicated, hardworking team. Better yet, FAMILY! Clean environment, loving atmosphere and uplifting spirits. I love coming to work because of my coworker as well as our wonderful Guests. I prefer to eat at work over going out because our Culinary Director is a professional in the kitchen. Food is delicious. Our entire rehab department is nothing short of AMAZING. Come join our Activities Director putting on one of her fun and welcoming social events. The entire Administrative staff are trailblazers with talent that can’t be found outside of 9814 Grant Rd. ???? I would recommend NHTC hands down. Actually, I’d like to reserve a room in the Assisted Living upstairs. True luxury.

  What a great facility! Care and love are an everyday philosophy here. The food is good, the physical therapy dept. is outstanding, the nurses are the best! I was there when they were having one of their monthly birthday parties, everyone was having a great time. They even had entertainment!
