  It took awhile to get my car after I got to the rental counter. However, the staff were all very nice, and I didn't have to wait for the bus either way. The check-in was quick. Lot is a little confusing to get out of.

  Incredible customer service!! I pulled into the rental car return lane in my minivan packed full of kids and luggage, and in the pouring rain, and instead of making us unload and take the shuttle, an Avis employee hopped in the driver's seat, and drove us in the minivan to departures!! My wife, kids and I were so thankful for this kind gesture, and excellent service!

  Fast quick and easy customer service representatives are always friendly. They always try to accommodate and upgrade me without question nor cost. Angel was very helpful and she described clearly all details with my rental.

  Avis had the best price for the vehicle we needed. The customer service at Hobby airport was excellent. They made the pick up and drop off smooth and easy.

  I am specifically writing this review to highlight amazing service I received from Shirley Johnson with Avis. I hope that she and her supervisors see this. Although this review is MONTHS over due... I am constantly reminded of this experience as I am highly aware of customer service or the lack thereof.
  
  After receiving unbelievable offensive treatment from an Avis bus driver in New Hampshire, encountering Ms. Shirley Davis upon returning to Houston left a huge impact on myself and my husband.
  
  Shirley's emanated warmth, joy and professionalism front he moment we got on the bus. She was friendly and kind and just a pleasure to be in the presence of. I made sure to tell her so as well.
  
  She is a gem. Thank you Shirley!
