I go to Sally's for some makeup and most of my nail supplies. They have quality products designed for professionals, are courteous, somewhat knowledgeable, and mostly helpful. There's just a high turnover and the employees are very young. This location (Almeda-Genoa) apparently does not sell a lot of nail polish, so some of it is old. Be sure to check the bottle before you pay for it.
I work for this location and we're sorry for your experience Ms. Hunter Smith but our whole staff is fluent in both English and Spanish. Hope you come and visit again and have a better experience with out staff.
