I have been coming to see Dr. Rossel for 18+ years now and I have never had a bad experience. He has always took good care of my family and I. He always make you feel like he cares.

Hello doctor. I went to the clinic about 3 weeks ago. I was referred by Sonia. I was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews but she reassured me that your clinic provides great medical care so I decided to give it a chance. You clinic is close to where I work and I was able to get in on the same day I called.

I am glad I did go and I wanted to share with you my thoughts of your staff. From the top to the bottom your staff has been wonderful. Always courteous and professional. My first conversation was with Aide and she was absolutely very friendly, professional and extremely helpful on the phone. Then the day of my appointment I met a lady with a unique name I can’t remember, she checked my blood pressure and she was very nice. I also met William and he was nice and informative about the testing I needed. He made me feel comfortable with the process so I was able to get over the initial weirdness of it all. I feel much better thanks to you. I just can't tell you enough how well of a business you are running. Thank you again for taking care of my medical needs.

so far great staff we request medical records, RX and other medical reports for our patients and they get it done. Awesome staff!
