  I’ve been working with Justin Thomas for years, and I have always been exceedingly impressed with the service that I received over these past few years. Great agent with a great staff underneath him I have never had a call go unanswered and I have always had my problems dealt with within the first call. You will be hard pressed to find a better group of people to work with. I will never leave!

  Valerie and the entire staff has been nothing but the best. I am satisfied with the customer service along with the great discounts that I received having all of my policies there. Love the communication so there is no room for errors or misunderstandings about your coverage. Amazing job they do at Justin Thomas State Farm Insurance!

  AMAZING SERVICE!
  I have been in the hospitality and service industry for the last 28 years. Therefore I think I know “a little” about good service! I have to say that I have never experienced such amazing customer service from an insurance agency before. Justin Thomas – State Farm Agent in Pasadena, TX operates one the most professional, customer care and just happy employees company ever. I am somewhat spoiled with the extra care and concern I receive from Heather. She is an outstanding representation of great service. Therefore it must be contagious because it does not matter who answers the phone, they all exceed my expectations with their warm and kind spirits and that “how may I serve you attitude”.
