  I dropped of my car at opening time to get an oil change. Took about 45 min.
  Although following week took my son car to get oil change then called to add headlight restoration...it was like kaos...not to mention showed up about 3 hrs later...and they never started on my car, a lady was there complaining she had been waiting 45 minutes to puck up here car after she called in to see if it was ready. Employees could not find keys or car?
  Also not one (employees) looked like they wanted to be there.
  There was a line of about 8 people for like 15 minutes...didn't move...but there was 3 cashiers?
  Employees were trying to help each other out but were bumping heads.
  I canceled my headlight restoration which took an hour in line paid for oil change...then cya!

  This Walmart is the worst in Houston by far. A close friend of mine worked here for a few months. He applied directly at this location.
  
  After he started he explained to me that roughly 75% of the staff have been transferred to this location because they messed up at another location. That it is the last stop before they are released from employment at Walmart....
  
  It shows in the tire center. Yet I give 4 stars to the bay manager Michael. He really stayed on top of my issues and was a pleasure to work with.
  
  The rest of the staff gets a 1 star.
