I love working out here! The trainers are so friendly and really looking out for my well being.
Really enjoy working out here. They have great trainers and it is easy to fit a 20-minute exercise session into my busy schedule.
I like the fact that it's small, and the Coach, whoever it is, is attending to Me. It's one on one. I need a coach to say, do this, improve that, keep going, you're doing great! That kind of thing to help me as I exercise. I think they are Great!!
VERY effective results IF you give your all like the trainer asks. I've lost 80+ pounds and my physique has improved dramatically.
The studio is nice and clean, the machines are awesome, trainers are very nice and encouraging... I really liked everything about this place. Not too crazy about the price, but I hope it is all worth it at the end of a few months.
