Bought a car and really liked the way experience. I was able to communicate over email because of Covid, and Tom, my contact was really fast and transparent. Really liked the car buying experience as it was much less frustrating and very easy.

Very nice people, called the service and they were very helpful. I needed the window sticker for a car and they provide me with that. Called BMW Sacramento and they said if you do not buy it from us we do not provide it!! what a joke

Hi. Im a little late to give this review but here it is. Im very happy and satisfied with Bmw Elk Grove. I took my z4 there to see what was causing my misfires and Richard took care of my car. He told me my car came with Service maintenance for the injectors which would've cost me a lot of money. Nobody else told me about the service maintenance that came with it. But Richard was honest and he really wanted to help me. So thank you Richard and Bmw of Elk Grove for your service!
